(RSS). RSS is a series of interactive group sessions designed to help students with disabilities or accessibility needs develop and refine successful learning skills and habits.  RSS takes place just before the start of the Fall and Winter terms each academic year.  Participants have the option to attend either in person at the Newnham campus or online via Microsoft Teams.

Mindfulness: A mindfulness workshop offers a structured environment where participants can learn and practice mindfulness techniques to cultivate greater awareness, focus, and presence in their lives. Through guided meditation, mindful movement, experiential activities, and discussion, participants explore mindfulness concepts and develop skills for managing stress, improving well-being, and enhancing overall quality of life. These workshops provide practical tools and strategies for integrating mindfulness into daily routines, promoting resilience and emotional balance.
