Accessible Learning Services: Book an Appointment

1. Accessibility Counsellor (AC)

2. Assistive Technologists (AT)*

3. Learning Strategists (LS)*

Select the tab: schedule an appointment above and follow the prompts:

1. 'Show availablilty for:' and select the ALS role you would like to book with.

2. This will generate the ALS roles availability for both virtual and in-person appointments. Please select the date/time that works for you.

3. Complete the ALS: Online Booking Information Form

4. Select the 'Confirm this booking' button

5. You will receive a confirmation email to your @myseneca.ca with the date/time/location of your ALS: Follow-Up appointment with your Accessibility Counsellor

**You must have an assigned Accessbility Counsellor and active Accommodation Letter prior to meeting with an AT or LS
